Head of Corporate Planning & Performance

Salary: £40,106 - £50,133 plus excellent benefits

Leading the preparation of our three-year Corporate Plan, you’ll develop and implement an effective framework for monitoring performance against the WMES and the Corporate Plan. Supporting the Director of Strategy in dealings with government relating to RDA sponsorship will be key, as will managing our approach to consultation.

Ideally, you’ll be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and have a solid background in business planning. This will probably have been gained within the public sector and include substantial project and contract management experience and the ability to influence and operate at middle and senior management levels.
