PATH West Midlands is aBirminghambased skills development organisation that helps people from Black Minority Ethnic (BME) and new communities move successfully into training and employment in professions in which they are currently under-represented. 

We are keen to increase the skills and expertise of the Management Board by seeking appropriately qualified and highly motivated individuals who can help us boost our income and improve the quality of the services we improve.  We are particularly looking for individuals with a background in HR and employment law, fundraising and government funding streams, business development and marketing.
