A former factory site in Bromsgrove is being transformed into a 10 hectare (24-acre) £40 million technology park by Advantage West Midlands in partnership with Bromsgrove District Council.Situated close to the M42 and the M5, the scheme will create around 700 jobs.The first development on the site is an incubator unit for up to 80 small and fledgling businesses which is being built and managed by serviced office provider Basepoint.
