Rural Regeneration Zone Annual Conference 2010

Synopsis

The Zone's 5th Annual Conference will take place at Ludlow Racecourse. The vision for the Rural Regeneration Zone (RRZ) is that, by 2020, the Zone will be a connected rural area with a strong economy, a healthy environment and a rich quality of life for all. In the current climate of economic uncertainty and political change, this vision is more relevant than ever. However, irrespective of the composition of the Government following the General Election, organisations such as the RRZ will have to work harder than ever before to ensure that our rural communities are not left behind as the West Midlands begins to emerge from recession. At this year's Annual Conference, in addition to reflecting on our achievements, we will be focusing on how the RRZ is changing to ensure we are fit to face the future with confidence.
