Bilston Urban Village

An extensive site fronting the Black Country Route.

Working with Wolverhampton City Council the Agency is promoting the site as an Urban Village that will create a 'new offer' for the city.

The partners are currently midway through a developer selection process having recently shortlisted  five parties to work up their proposals for the site.

Location: Fronting the Black Country Route in Bilston to the south of the city centre.
Status: Developers have been shortlisted under a 2 stage selection process.
Use: Resolution to grant consent for an Urban Village with over 1,000 residential units.
