Two sites, contributing to a total development opportunity of 26 hectares (65 acres) next to Edgbaston Reservoir to the north-west of Brindleyplace and Birmingham City Centre being developed under the name Icknield Port Loop. Advantage West Midlands, working with Birmingham City Council and Isis are developing proposals for the site as a high-quality residential led, mixed use canalside destination. It is intended that once a comprehensive masterplan has been agreed, and site clearance, servicing and infrastructure completed, plots will be released to the market.
