Castle Gate Park is a business and leisure park on the outskirts of Dudley on a site of approximately 19 hectares (47 acres).

Since 1999, the brownfield site has been reclaimed and, following a joint venture with developers AMEC, is now home to more than 72,000 sq ft of office space.

There is generous on-site car parking provision as well as extensive amenities provided by the adjoining leisure park (includes the 98 bed Village Hotel with conference facilities for business users) and Dudley Town Centre.
