i54 is a 237 acre (96 hectare) major employment site at Wobaston Road, Pendeford on the boundary of South Staffordshire and Wolverhampton which is earmarked for a technology-based business park complete with its own motorway access junction, creating around 6,000 jobs.

Advantage West Midlands, together with its Joint Venture Partner, Wolverhampton City Council, is developing the site along with South Staffordshire District Council as the principle planning authority.

The site will provide world class business opportunities for people within Wolverhampton and the Black Country at the gateway to the Wolverhampton Telford Technology Corridor.
