This well known site is the former home of the BBC Pebble Mill studios.

Advantage West Midlands acquired the leasehold of the site and has demolished the studios in preparation for the development of a technology park.

The Agency is currently concluding negotiations with the freeholder, Calthorpe Estates, who will promote the site as a new biomedical science park featuring up to 393,000 sq ft of purpose-built space specifically designed for companies committed to bringing new medical solutions to market.
