A former mining and landfill site close to Dudley town centre and Dudley Southern Bypass which was acquired by Advantage West Midlands in 2000 and subsequently remediated.

A joint venture with developers Mucklow has been signed with the aim of creating a modern commercial park for light manufacturing, storage and distribution use.

Development is taking place in two phases – the first will see two industrial warehouse units built and the second will see units of up to 130,000 sq ft built.

The area has already benefited from a £1 million scheme to build a new access roundabout, commissioned by Advantage West Midlands in partnership with Dudley Council and part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
