Open and Limited Calls for the ERDF Programme


This section of the website provides information on all the Open and Limited Calls for Outline Proposals under the West Midlands European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2007 to 2013.

Open Call - Priority Axis 1 - Promoting Innovation and Research & Development/Portfolio 4 - Building Demonstrators

On the 15th February an Open Call was launched for Outline Proposals under the West Midlands European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2007 to 2013.

The Open Call for Outline Proposals is in relation to Priority 1 - Promoting Innovation and Research & Development and specifically Portfolio 4 of Priority 1, which is concerned with Building Demonstrators. The call follows consultation with regional partners to develop a specification upon which calls for applications for ERDF Programme funding to be used for energy efficiency investments in Social Housing.

The Open Call for Outline Proposals has been agreed in partnership via the Programme Monitoring Committee and invites Outline Proposals from any interested organisations.

Please note that proposals should be bidding for ERDF funding only and should not also be seeking new Advantage West Midlands Single Budget funding.

The closing date for Outline Proposals for this call is 12 noon on Friday 30th April 2010.

Open Call - Priority Axis 1 : Promoting Innovation, Research & Development

On the 18th January 2010 an Open Call was launched for Outline Proposals under the West Midlands European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2007 to 2013.

The Open Call for Outline Proposals is in relation to all four Portfolios within Priority 1 - Promoting Innovation and Research & Development. Proposals that align with the Strategic Framework of Birmingham Science City and contribute to the implementation of its objectives and also proposals that contribute to Portfolio 3 of Priority 1, which is concerned with Retaining and Maximising the Value of Skilled People, are particularly welcome.

The Open Call for Outline Proposals has been agreed in partnership via Priority Working Group 1 and invites Outline Proposals from any interested organisations.

Please note that proposals should be bidding for ERDF funding only and should not also be seeking new Advantage West Midlands Single Budget funding. All proposals should clearly state in section 5 of the Outline Proposal form the source(s) of the clean public sector funding that will be used to match ERDF funding. It will not be possible to consider any proposal that does not give this information.

The closing date for Outline Proposals for this call is 12 noon on Monday 29th March 2010.
