Programme Monitoring Committee

The ERDF programme for the West Midlands is overseen by the Programme Monitoring Committee (PMC). The PMC is composed of senior representatives of the bodies of the regional partnership. The membership reflects the sub-regional and sectoral interests in the programme.

The PMC is responsible for ensuring the programme’s overall strategic direction, driving it forward so that it meets agreed targets and redirecting the work of the programme as and when necessary over its lifetime. Its key focus is on setting programme direction and strategic review.

For the purpose of strategic coherence, the PMC is a combined committee and represents both the ERDF and ESF programmes for the West Midlands region.
