Partnership plays a key role in the delivery and management of the RDPE. To reflect this, a number of groups have been established each with a specific role.

The RDPE for the West Midlands is overseen by a RDPE Partners Group. This is composed of senior representatives of the bodies of the regional partnership with the membership reflecting the sectoral and sub-regional interests in the programme.

The RDPE Partners Group is responsible for ensuring the programme’s overall strategic direction, driving it forward so that it meets agreed targets and redirecting the work of the programme as and when necessary over its lifetime. Its key focus is on setting programme direction and strategic review.

In addition to this annual Stakeholder Group meetings are held which can be attended by anyone from the region with an interest in the RDPE.
